Maple and Kirsten

Family left today on 2 different ferries at 2 different times.   Maple and I played on the beach in between and K got the kayak out (first  boat in the water for them all week!)   A littler breeze and warm. This is as far as Maple will go in the water.  But I have seen her swim when she had to.   We do enjoy her here!!  She lives with Peter but loves to be here with all of them.  Kirsten , as usual did a lot of work and hated to leave.  But there is a sick cat at home (and work...)   We will look forward to some quiet noneventlful days now.   :-)
