Cotswold Show

Attended the first day of the Cotswold Show today, miserable weather, with only a couple of sunny periods lasting between 15 and 30 minutes. Bitterly cold due to the cloud and wind.
It was also very disappointing in that the rain kept the crowds away, it's usually a very busy show but the extra shows what it was like approaching lunch-time. I haven't yet counted the donations but I know about £45 went in the form of notes, the coins aren't going to add a great deal more judging by the weight.
Still, it all goes to the RBL Poppy Appeal and every little helps.
