Perfect day

We checked the weather and today was forecast to be the best so we headed off to the Lavender farm.  OH wondered whether it was worth paying the entrance fee but I quickly shut him down!!  It was heavenly and we sat and enjoyed the smell, the bees and the sunshine.  We had a quick beak around the shop but didn’t buy any cut lavender ( I still have some from last year which I haven’t done anything with?).  A quick drive to the pub and a delicious 10/10 seafood platter completed a perfect afternoon.
