Rain

When the weather station says that you have had 0.2mm of rain last night, and the manual rain gauge say 15mm, you know something silly has happened.
 
In this case the leaf filter had kept the big stuff out and let a tiny leaf through and its stalk had blocked the hole – doh . . .  I should have photographed that.
 
Tesco shop this morning, and not a lot else.   Chilli-con-beany for tea tonight.  We have sworn by Branston for years but lately they have not been as good as they were, so I thought I would try Tesco’s own – top marks!
