Do The Stare....

.....they said 'And you'll win - feathers down'

If its one thing Jeff could do, then it was most certainly a mean stare!

So here Jeff was, pulling of the said 'mean stare', a novel competition idea thought up by some Sparrows, to help frighten off some members of their family, when they came to feed.

And it worked! Jeff's Stare, as it became known, was voted unamanimously the scariest thing by those select Sparrows, as hordes of their feathered family flew away in fright, only returning when 'those eyes' had gone.

So Jeff was rewarded with a week's worth of suet, and those Sparrows had found a definitive way to have their meal in peace.
