The singer

The inhaler seems to be kicking in and, at last, the cough seems to be subsiding. (I thought that after the antibiotics too, so fingers crossed...).

Drumming this morning, followed by a sociable coffee.

Jazz this evening. As part of "International Bring your Mother-in law to Work Day" (eh?!), the trombone player brought along his Brazilian mother-in- law, who just happened to have been a singer in her younger days. For the first time in over 20 years she sang in front of an audience which may have been small, but was very appreciative. Another evening of excellent music!
