Popping up from a bush, I like their many colours and general joie-de-vivre. Very tired after election night and it's fair to say my tennis game was pretty dreadful. I apologised to both partner and opponents afterwards. Home for pootling around and potential estate agent visit. He was nice and may be able to get the job done. C & E back from hot Beja this afternoon. Watched  LOT of the Alcaraz-Tiafoe match; it was really fab, just great tennis. Out for Italian with C&E and then back for Portugal football, so utterly boring. The heat dial turned down a bit this afternoon, we could at least all breathe again..
