Just a swim

I’m so fortunate to be alive and have my health but it’s is difficult living alone.
I had a restless night and my faith wavered briefly. Those who I called out to tried to help but didn’t seem to fully grasp the situation. The realisation that sometimes we have to solve the problems ourselves in the best way that we can.
A tidy up and declutter allowed me some confidence that I was able to solve the situation by myself.
I took the bull by the horns and demanded entry to some of my property which my cousins had prevented me from accessing.
Advising that consequences would be serious if they failed to comply. Bingo.
My last bike recovered and some of the wheels which were there too. Dougal soon knew I was about and really needed a big fuss made, of which I was only glad to return of course. The sheep above were so friendly and fascinated by my playing my echo harp.
The rest of the day was spent sorting out some of the issues with some broken parts of Amadeus, not serious but still important to be sorted out.
A good swim this time in the pool, 500 metres with a pull buoy was enough as it wasn’t painful but it was hurting in a positive manner.
A chat with my Pilates instructor was good and I will continue to work with him for a while longer yet.
Returning to the Campsite a group of five and set up camp adjacent to me, they were from Bristol and come for a weekend surfing. Nice to have some companions for a day or two.
Paella followed by pancakes with strawberry jam and double cream did wonders before hitting the sack.
Again, thanks for all your kind words and support. It really means a lot to me.
