Not a great day

An emergency blip of a sorry looking step count as I spent the day in bed.  I have picked up Covid (first time I have had it) and am decidedly out of sorts.  Hopefully it won’t hang around.

Ian has it too but hopefully the rest of the household won’t get it as we are trying to stay out of each others way.
