Little walk at Mom's

It was a gorgeous morning after the wild fireworks of last night. We parked out of town a ways and sat our chairs in a little parking lot. There was so much going on in town I wouldn't have wanted to drive in there. It's really a little wild west. Mom and I really enjoyed it.  I'm hoping this video will show up. This is from a friend of mine who lives up the hill a bit. He had a great vantage point. This will definitely give you an idea of how it went. They started around 8:45 and were still going at 10 when we left. I have one of my pictures as an extra.
This morning I walked around Mom's and there were some beautiful flowers. This is Showy Milkweed which is really popping up everywhere. There are lots of pollinators but Monarchs don't seem to come to Wyoming. The bug on it is a Red-femured Milkweed borer.
