Eclectic

Friday brought me my weekly jaunt over to Falkland to buy fresh fruit and veg. As usual, I was spoiled for choice. 

Looks like I will be making gazpacho again. Probably the nearest I will get to summer this year. I reckon I will be making purple hummus  as well. That should keep me going for a couple of days*.

The friendly staff I deal with are always part of the fun, and today was no exception. One of the newer staff in Pillars of Hercules is a Parkrunner, and spends the rest of her Saturdays taking her son to triathlons. We had a good gossip. 

The bulletin board there is always worth a look - I seem to live a very sheltered and quiet life compared to some.
