Best of the day (Day 3343)

After an early morning wander with Sigyn, I made my way to Finstown to meet an electrician at home. I noticed the other day that there was a bit of a problem with the light in our shower room, and decided it was best to get someone who knows what they are doing to have a look. It turns out that the flat roof above the light has been leaking and a junction box in the void between the ceiling and light has got wet and done its best to melt. Electrical repairs have been done, I just need to sort out the roof now.
A quick scoot in to town to do a little job and pick up some bits then back to Mum's for lunch and paperwork. Next up a job in Stromness to sort out some DIY gone wrong.
After dinner I had a quick visit to the horses while waiting for my beautiful wife to return from overseas.
