Courgette flower fading

The predicted landslide victory for Labour last night.  They will have a difficult job to do to mend our broken country after 14 years of the Tories.  It will be a difficult job but I believe Kier Starmer to be a decent and honourable man so can only wish them the best of luck in their mammoth task.

I stayed up all night with a few dozes, I love to see the results come in live and their were some spectacular ones with various big guns being voted out. Our Lib Dem lady won after replacing the disgraced own Patterson in the by election.  She has been a great constituency MP for us, getting involved in many local as well as national causes.

I didn't go to bed but had an early breakfast and shower before going to bowling. I did nod off this afternoon though!  I should have been going to a musical birthday bash but it was an hour away and an early hours drive though lanes while lacking sleep didn't seem a good idea.

My blip is of a courgette flower that has gone over but still looking pretty.  I've had one tiny one so far, they're not producing much with all this cold and miserable weather.
