One of the oldest buildings in Sixt-Fér-a-Cheval (named after the horseshoe of mountains I presume). Seems to be a wee granary.

We did a shortish hike up the valley from the campsite this morning, and had a pleasant stop for cold drinks and lollies at a buvette (snack bar) before returning via a riverside picnic stop, the ponies and a souvenir stop for some local produce.

In the afternoon we visited Sixt to get in some more provisions and see the very small sights. Followed by a delicious dinner at the tent.

And somehow it's already the evening... not sure how that happened so quickly.

PS Yay for the UK election results! I think... And I am hoping Portugal win the match tonight as I have them in the work sweepstakes - but don't let the French hear.
