At last!

Lovely to finally have a butterfly visiting the garden!

It was lovely to see this Meadow Brown ..... it fluttered madly round the garden then settled on the gravel for a warm up in the sunshine :-)

I had previously taken a photo of an empty Buddleia flower & had intended to post it with the title "ready & waiting but no takers"! Glad I didn't have to use that!

The "end of a political era" .... woke this morning to find that after decades of Conservative MPs we now have Reform UK's Richard Tice as our representative!

Labour have won with a huge majority ... here's hoping that they do a good job .... time will tell.
