Todays goal was to get over to the shop for some more tea bags and milk.
I never made it.
I have been lying on the sofa drifting in out of sleep, very emotional. I am still in the same position tonight that I was in at 8am. I have never felt tiredness like this before, my legs ache and I have no energy at all.
