New Foal

The day of the general election.  I had work and visits and as I drove past some pastures, I noticed this young foal, amongst a small herd of cobs.  She already has 'feathers' on her legs but I loved the way she was relaxing amongst the buttercups.

I had thought about a photograph that reflected the election.  I was thinking about a montage of the signs we have often seen in previous elections supporting the different parties.  However, as might be reflected in the way that modern campaigning takes place, there were very few of these signs on lampposts.  At least we won't have to wait for them to be removed.
