Doing a bit of Art on the 4th

Happy 4th of July!

It was a beautiful day to celebrate Independence Day in our area. Sunny. Warm but not too hot. We didn’t have any plans except in the evening attending one of three plays, To Kill a Mockingbird, put on by the Fairhaven Summer Repertory Theatre.

During the day I finished this week’s art assignment seen in this blip. I also made a to scale floor plan of Shelly’s condo to use to consider moving to his instead of mine. More living space but no place to store my paintings. I fiddled with the pieces of paper representing our furniture to see if it would fit. It would if I used the guest room for my study and art room. We are still not taking any concrete steps and may well stay just the way we are.

After the play we watched a bit of TV and listened to the thud of the city fireworks in the distance.
