New Addition

Walked down to the physio this afternoon whilst Richard was having an MRI to see if he is a suitable candidate for a kidney transplant.

The appointment went really well. Muscle has been added to the quads, some of the swelling has gone down and the range of movement has improved.  Massaging the wound is also reducing the scar tissue. A new set of exercises for the next seven days. Taping to help support walking longer distances. 10000 steps achieved for the first time since the operation.

Spotted some new additions to the roundabout. Swaledale sheep are the main breed found roaming the moors. Rather liked this Ram.
