Baby Blackcap

It may not have been the very first time this blackcap youngster had explored its nearby surroundings but it certainly wasn't an experienced traveller.
A parent bird and this youngster "flew" out of the far hedge, sort of crash landed on the railway line and then firstly the parent, then this baby flew onto the railway fence. I took some shots and then it flew into the near hedge to join the parent who had been calling all the while.
