Today's purchase

Decided it was about time I got some sun type chairs since this amazing weather seems to be sticking about. Didn't go for anything fancy - after all, it might be years before they are needed again.

And very nice they are too. Got some studying done in them, some sun worshipping and finished my book. Guinness found that the shaded spot underneath is really quite nice and purred away.

Did have one interruption - had to go in and rescue a wee bird that had flown inside. Poor thing managed to take all the feathers off the top of its head after flying into the ceiling several times. Sat in my hand for a minute dazed before flying off. Of course no camera handy.... Ooft.

Off out again for some more heat. Dinner already made so nowt to do but maybe pour a glass of wine...!
