Oooh

Another awesome day. This morning we arrived at Isafjordur on Icelands Northern coast. A spectacular fjord. We went on a boat trip to Vidur island - really just an incredible bird colony. We had a guide with us to show us where to look and what to see. We were just so excited to see the puffins - really quite close to us. I never thought I would see so many together so close. We also walked near Arctic Terns and were given sticks to hold above our heads so they didn’t peck our heads! Lots of eider ducks and black guillemots - all so beautiful.
Back to the ship then a short walk in the town.
