Butterfly Bush (without butterflies)

Buddleia is often called 'the butterfly bush'. Though mine is flowering well now, I have seen no butterflies at all in the garden or village so far this summer. It's not surprising today perhaps, as it is far too windy for such delicate creatures to fly safely. With the Big Butterfly Count coming up in just over a week, summer had better get going quickly.
