List of Clergy

This list is on the wall in St.Peter's Church in Radway, Warwickshire and it goes back over seven hundred years!

The church is the nearest one to the site of the Battle of Edgehill which was the first major battle of the English Civil War and took place on the 23rd October 1642.

Looking at the list of clergy makes my mind boggle that it goes back so far into the dim and distant past. As you can see that was even before the Black Death swept the country.

I'm still having trouble posting extras so can't put any other photos on of the church, sorry!
