32 in 32 in 32

The day started with waving off Chris Thomson (right) for Day 29 of running his 32 miles in 32 days in 32 Scottish councils. He's raising a huge amount of money for various charities and is the cousin of one of my neighbours (middle) who was joining him for part of today's leg. 

Then it was in to Penicuk to go to the bank, send a parcel and do a shop. And, apart from a product photoshoot and making up a couple of orders, I took a bit of time out (don't faint). The weather was vile so it involved a book in bed with tea, bliss! 

Then it was in to Edinburgh with S to watch some live music, some of his fellow musicians from the Navarr were performing in Dragonfly. It was a lovely evening but almost midnight when we got home and beyond exhausted after the past few weeks.
