Street Theatre

Went to see a bit of street theatre tonight by a group known as the Sarah Siddons fan club. My friend Pauline was taking part. It focused on the life of Isaac Watts, who lived in Southampton, and who was a minister who wrote many well known hymns. The theatre group acted different parts of his life in various places around the city centre. There was a lot of walking involved! The rain mostly stayed away but I was glad I took my waterproof!
