LIFE!!!

I've had conversations with two people this week who can't imagine what I actually eat, being vegan (and no, I'm not the kind that goes on about it, they brought up the subject, not me...)

So here's a photo of what we ate for tea tonight, which is a fairly typical meal. It's a lentil dish with miso and leeks, and some broad beans added in because I had some to use up from last night. Some olives on the side because A Day Without Olives Is Like A Day Without Sunshine imho. And some tomatoes (mostly eaten by this time). Plus homemade sourdough and some nice olive oil to dip it into. Dessert was banana, nectarines, blueberries and some rasps from the garden, with Alpro yoghurt. 

I had a walk with Jess up in the forest earlier today and then went into work for a team meeting, with some training on allergens which is so important :-)
