All such lovely sunny thoughts as offered by my calendar. A reminder we don't need the weather to bring those sunshine vibes...luckily!!

A rather damp evening stroll followed my day at school before meeting up with Holly for a brew and natter.

The main news of the day has to be handed to Mark Cavendish who has won his 35th stage at the Tour de France.

A huge achievement which means he surpasses the number of victories by the legendary Eddy Merckx and becomes the record holder for stage victories in the tour.
