Life in pots

Calendula officinalis in the camper van.

Apparently it's a traditional medicinal plant. Used in skin care products due to its healing properties. Includes e.g. carotene, which is used to color food and cosmetics. Flowers and leaves are used fresh e.g. in salads. Interesting. But I don't think I have time to experiment.

I have so much going on. Some legal issues for which I will soon hopefully get some answers.

I've also reported the last strange doctor after a coworker of mine said she knows her and was surprised that she's even practicing. She said she's not well. Explains my visit. Also why I got my daily meds only for 2 months. Luckily the public side renewed my recipes. I'm waiting for a call back about this too.

Then I found out that I actually do have an accident insurance via a sort of labor fund organization and I might get some money back by filing a claim about my knee. So now I need to do also that!

I feel like I'm drowning in all these issues. And going to work and also trying to organize an apprenticeship training for me for 2 years to be a practical nurse.

Also perhaps getting a job opportunity for my husband...

Also starting to preserve produce from my backyard. Today I put some spinach, oregano and mint to freezer. Made some zucchini in an air fryer (very good)), made tomato soup and rice pudding for the rest of the week.

Also had an induction cooker installed today. We bought that last week. So I had to wait for it to arrive and be put in. That is the last original house appliance that we replaced. It was starting to act weird (the old one).

I am T I R E D!
