Ant diner

Been spoilt for birds this last few days, a pair of black caps (only him, her cap is brown) were decimating the berries on our amelanchier, but until Blip has sound, the only picture is of a bunch of leaves with a brown/grey shadow. The song from these two was amazing.
We had a pair of goldfinches on the nyger seeds too, but they kept on the far side or with their backs to us.
Still Mrs W and her offspring showed up this morning and despite being a crabby back ground made a nice picture.......

Day off today, bike ride and coffee at Thaxted, lunch in the summer house, potter in the garden, red wine with dinner. OK.
