Maldon Prom parkrun and time in the garden

A very windy parkrun this morning which slowed me down, and I started a fair way back as I was chatting to A and C before the start. So there was quite a lot of congestion.  Nevertheless I enjoyed the run. Good to be home.

Spent the afternoon in the garden. The blip image of the friendly robin made a welcome companion.
