Backblip

The title is nothing to do with my day, just the photo.

My first full session went well this morning and I felt very comfortable. I then set the group a couple of mindful photography exercises to do in the grounds of Scargill and later in the day we sorted through and each submitted 5 photos for me to put in a video. 

The afternoon was free time or an optional walk and some of us went into Kettlewell. I went down to the river. I'm not doing a lot of photography myself this week as I am there to support the group and to listen. I took this one to show the effects of slow shutter speed on the water.
