continuing the theme.......

It's taken me forever to get here.

I've been blipping not far off a year nearly I think. I've learned that the dedication and determination to blip every single day is something that I couldn't keep up with. Call it a creative burn-out lol or just that it's sooooo hard what with life in general getting in the way, lack of time etc etc. Everyone has their own reasons I'm sure, but for those who manage to remain true to the cause........... my hat goes off to you guys :)

I've really enjoyed blip and there is a certain relief in just blipping when you feel like it. The pressure is less.

I've interacted with lots of lovely people and it feels rather lovely to be part of such a great community spirit. You share people's lives. Their real lives and all the good and bad things that go with those lives. For me it's not as serious as taking superb shots on a constant basis, (although I am enjoying learning how to take better pictures), but it's the getting to know people through the stories that they tell.

If there's one thing I've learned from being here, is that online friendships can actually be just as fulfilling, in a way, as any other.

Thankyou for having me :))
