Russell Street

I was walking home from the hairdressers when I noticed the Ferris wheel being erected at the top of the street. Each year they close the road and put amusements around an ice rink which is set up in the middle of the road. Children come from great distances (school holidays) to experience some winter activities. The nearest ice rink would be in Sydney so they don’t have the opportunity to try skating. The holidays start on Friday so it will probably be there for 2 weeks.

Nothing much happened today but I have had a few phone messages from family and friends.
