A country Garden

Its a lovely morning here today and a little cooler first thing and ideal to poke about in the bushes to see what coming up.

Every where there are foxgloves growing and their colorful flowers would brighten up any garden and its great to watch the bee's going in and out of the the bell like blooms.

In amongst the hedges I found the first signs of sloes (top right) forming and with this sun it wont be long until the develop their plumb colour and be ready to soak in gin and the flowers are forming on the blackberry thorns

On the crab apple tree the apples have started to form and (bottom right) and soon they will be ready for any body who wants to for picking and making jelly.

Free fruit for the taking.
