From The 'Man Drawer'

Before I got my heating fixed and new boiler I was using one of these quite regularly...seem to remember not knowing where it was anytime I needed it too! Now there's two together in a drawer that gets everything small put in it that doesn't have a home elsewhere...and sometimes things that do if I'm having a panic tidy before friends or family arrive! :)

Heard back from my doctor - he was taught to tell patients to expect "nerve irritation flare-ups" for two years post surgery but also reminded me that though it was very good and positive that I was doing my exercises, I must have rest days because it's very tiring re-learning to do things you first did 50-odd years ago! And, especially important for me as I can't tolerate the high doses of painkillers prescribed to help.
