Wild

………… this is someone’s front garden that I pass sometimes when I go out for a walk. It always makes me smile because whenever I see it I spot many happy insects enjoying it.
It didn’t get this way from neglect, it has been designed and managed to be like this. I walked past once when the owner was constructing a pretty arch over the garden gate for some wildlife friendly climbers - we got chatting and he explained what a labour of love this garden has been as it started out covered in gravel and paving.
I think it’s really lovely ;-))
