Nuthatches

Today was a sunny warm day, it was a bit of a lazy day but since I am on vacation that is a good thing. I did have a water leak in the apartment from the bathroom above me that was quickly fixed. I got out for a walk in the afternoon and spotted this red breasted nuthatch. This one attempted to land on my hand but was not sure he came close but did not land I was even able to move my hand right next to him but still no go. I did get a few nice shots of him sitting in the tree however
