Cistus or Rock Rose

I headed to the gym this morning for a Zumba class. Unfortunately my tendon is still a little tender so it did limit what l could do but it was still enjoyable. I then visited various food shops to stock up on provisions after our recent time away.

A quick watering of the potatoes on the allotment and a blip of this Rock Rose flower that produces lots of colourful flowers in our garden.
