Found this in my little box of trinkets ...... a real blast from the past!

I passed my cycling proficiency many years ago .... I was 11 years old & just about to go to senior school. The junior school wanted all of us to pass before leaving.

I didn't have a bike so a friend lent me one that they had grown out of ... I was very tiny then & still am! As you can see I passed & got my badge!
