Scarce

A male scarce chaser aptly named I feel as I scarcely managed a shot with Millie on an extending dog lead on the canal bank this afternoon. 

I felt bravely now in hindsight that we should go for a walk on the canal bank with camera; not very far at all just really for the experience to get her more used to her carry crate, travelling and lead. I think ducks, which she had never seen or heard before, proved the most distracting but with the grasses having grown so high she couldn't actually see into the water easily. It's going to be a long road ... but enjoyable.
