On the fence

I’ve had an emergency appointment at the dentist this afternoon and although the surgery has gone as expected and is progressing well I am struggling badly with tooth and earache. I’ve come home with a week’s worth of stronger antibiotics and full-strength Ibuprofen, which I have to alternate with paracetamol.

I’ve never done dry July before.

This juvenile blackbird was on the fence this morning and still being fed by a male adult.  We’ve a young robin pottering around as well.
