First Dahlia

This dahlia came up in our veggie patch. None of the others from last year surfaced.

C & his mom went to a nursery today to get ideas how to turn the tree stump into a garden feature. They also did some grocery shopping & had ice cream in Shotley Gate.

Was cooler today, but still nice.

For dinner C made realy nice potato, sweet potato & parsnip wedges which he & I had with leftover BBQ meat & Mom with pork pies (we don't do pork pies & she loves them). Mom bought Wispa & Topic bars for pudding which we devoured.
