Light My Fire

Lighting the very first fire in the wood-burning oven installed in our garden.  It's a process known as "curing".  We went on, then, to make our first batch of pizzas.  Absolutely delicious!  Next will be bread, and then focaccia, before slow-cooked meat casseroles.  It's our summer project.
