This place on the top floor and was being built when I was here last year.  That top floor with plants has a pool.  There are 4 condos beneath it but none are occupied yet, I believe one on each floor.  It's right across from my friend Evelyn's where my landladies and I had a delicious dinner tonight.  Extras are on Evelyn's patio/top deck with her talavera pottery planters.
