Trucking 101 - New Warehouse

Today I was told to go to a customer's new warehouse and was given the new address along with phone number.

Nobody answered the phone.
The companies gps said the place didn't exist
Google and others said the same thing however both Bing and Google showed where it should be.
Onto satellite maps - Bing and Google showed a big dirt lot and a road clearly going into the place so away I went. When I got to the road, it was a one lane with a dead end sign. That's a no go when you're not sure where to go and 65 feet long. So now onto the only other possibility - navigating through residential streets of course. That other road had a road closed sign but construction security said that warehouse opened yesterday. Through the road closed sign I went to a new no truck sign. That other road NOW went through but the truck route was the second road I tried.

Grateful it was a sunny day as when I first started over the road, all we had were paper maps and pay phones - Trying to find addresses in snow, rain at night and... was much more interesting without technology.
