Osprey

A rainy start to the day and many of the Canada Day events were canceled or moved inside. I decided to stay home this morning and get some housecleaning done. The rain stopped around noon time, so I decided a drive around the Cow Bay loop would give me some photo ops. It was still foggy around there. I decided to check out a couple of the osprey nests and if I had arrived a minute sooner I might have gotten a photo with one osprey bringing a fish to the nest. He was just landing as I pulled into the parking lot. I'm not sure how many young ones are in this nest.

Sunshine in the forecast for tomorrow and if the sunset tonight is an indicator, it will be a beautiful day.
