Too Colourful

I have seen a couple of interesting vehicle registration plates in the last few days.

This one was parked up.  It really stood out from the rest in the street bearing a self-descriptive registration plate.

The other was a couple of days ago when I thought I was following a flat car.  Its plate read 'NOT 3D'.  Thinking back, it didn't necessarily have to be flat,  It could have been linear, or possibly even a singularity. There again, it could have been more than 3D, but it definitely wasn't a DeLorean - the only car I know of capable of time travel.
