Twist Not Stick For This Barley
I've found wall barley in the corner of my unmown lawn near our dogs' graves. It will have to have the chop, photogenic as it is. Don't want it burrowing into Mishka's eyes, mouth, ears, up her nose or between her toes. I've include a pic of one of the spikelets. The tiny barbs mean that once in an animal's body they can't easily be removed and they can burrow deep into it causing pain and damage, even death.
Computer man came and he was a bit baffled by my Lightroom woes. He helped me to cancel my Lightroom subscription. He is going to research a strange bug I have on my system before I try to set Lightroom up again.
