Young Blackbird

Well a year ago today decided after 10 years I was going to cut down on Blip. I thought I might have faded into the distance but think I have fulfilled about two thirds of the year. My entries don't tie up anymore with Blip birthdays, so just wanted to remind myself for future reference.
The young Blackbird posed for me in the sunshine, most of my birds are taken through the window, but not this one, and the Iris in extras is one of a couple that have appeared around the pond this this year, normally down there I only see the common yellow and blue.
Surprising what happens when you turn the garden back into wild natural land.
